Meeting You Where You Are At

You can expect to be respectfully and thoughtfully challenged by Alexander as you both work toward achieving your goal that brought you to therapy, using interventions from various different modalities, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, and others.


Alexander will tailor his practice to your unique needs and situation in order to find the best possible outcome. You and Alexander will discuss what is being effective (or not) at each session from your first meeting to your last. This will include goal setting, outcome measurement, and reflection on the interventions being delivered in session.
