Your time is valuable, and Alexander will only book sessions with you that you and he determine are necessary. He has considerable experience in working with brief therapeutic models, and believes that it is unethical to see a client longer than is necessary.
Alexander has been using Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) to guide his practice with each individual client over the last 7 years. The use of these outcome measurement tools ensures that therapy is consistently moving in the right direction and is producing results.
You will never get the exact same session/treatment/experience as someone else as every session is informed by agreed upon desired outcomes. Your therapy will be driven by measuring both what is, and what is not, working for you within session and through the use of feedback, Alexander will work in a way that works most effectively for both you and himself.
