The COVID-19 situation naturally can be activating, physically, emotionally and socially. It also creates logistical hurdles and can stir up feelings of fear, anxiousness, confusion, anger and sadness. It is important to show up for ourselves, taking care of our bodies and minds at this time.

As we continue to vaccinate and there is rising pressure on so many to return to working in person, there can be a wide range of emotions that may be experienced and that is very normal. This may even be something you wish to address through counselling and if so, you have the ability to book online directly.
I am taking your health and safety very seriously as well as wishing to support you all in any way that I can during these very challenging conditions for us all.

Sincerely,
Alex
