COVID-19 Responsive Measures

To my community,

With the health and wellbeing of my clients as my top priority, I have expanded the availability of video and telephone counselling services to my clients.  I'm pleased to offer these services to clients seeking to continue to invest in their mental health especially during these extraordinary times.  Learn more about how I approach video and telephone counselling here.

This decision is informed by the Ontario Government's mandate to significantly enhance measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19.  I am continuing to follow directives from local health bodies as well as my licensing college to do my part to contain the spread of COVID-19 in my community.

The COVID-19 situation naturally can be activating, physically, emotionally and socially. It also creates logistical hurdles and can stir up feelings of fear, anxiousness, confusion, anger and sadness. It is important to show up for ourselves, taking care of our bodies and minds at this time.

I am taking your health and safety very seriously as well as wishing to support you all in any way that I can during these very challenging conditions for us all.

Please be in touch if you would like to have a phone or online session or if this email brings up any thoughts or concerns you wish to share.

Sincerely,

Alex
